If you disagree with any of these terms, we recommend not using 999bad. For any questions, please reach out to our support team.

• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, report it to 999bad immediately.
• 999bad may request identity documents or additional information at any time for account verification purposes.

999bad offers a variety of bonuses — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special tournament prizes.

• Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available once per player — on the first deposit made to a new account.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been met.
• Any misuse of bonuses or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• Each promotion has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the promotion period ends.

All games on 999bad are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Every game outcome is completely independent and unpredictable.

• If your internet connection drops mid-game, the outcome is saved on 999bad's servers.
• If a technical error makes a game round's outcome uncertain, that round will be voided and all bets refunded.
• In Sports Betting, a bet is considered final once the odds have been confirmed.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the relevant rules will apply — full details can be found in the Sports Betting rules.

In the event of any dispute over game outcomes, 999bad's decision shall be considered final.
